CANCELLATIONS POLICY

NORMAL PERIOD

A one night cancellation charge for each room not taken up or cancelled shall be imposed on guest if cancellation made less than 72 hours prior to check in date.

PEAK PERIOD

A one night cancellation charge for each room not taken up or cancelled shall be imposed on guest if cancellation made less than 8 days prior to check in date.

NO SHOW

In the event of NO SHOW a full length of the total rooms reserved shall be charged to the guest.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

	All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), with an indication of its equivalent in UD Dollar.
	Payment are to be made in Ringgit Malaysia(RM)
	Rates are quoted ++ subject to additional 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
	Extra bed/Extra person (adult) or child of age 13 years and above sharing a Suite, is chargeable at RM80.00 ++ or (approx. USD24.00 ++) per person per night. Only One extra bed can be accommodated per Suite.

	A surcharge of RM100.00 ++ (approx. USD30.00++) per suite per night is applicable during the hotel Peak Period as shown below.
	The US Dollar equivalent may be subject to change according to currency exchange rate fluctiations.
	The hotel reserve the right to adjust rates without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or tax alteration by the government, and service charge amendments.
	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
	Baby Cot are provided free-of-charge.
	Check In Time : after 15:00 hrs (3.00pm).
	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon.
	Extended check-out during Peak Period : Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
